Listen to This Man Start to Question the 9/11 Attacks in Real Time

Transcript
Hey everyone, this is Derrick Broze with the Conscious Resistance Network, and I am in New York City at Ground Zero. You can see behind me there's the Twin Towers Memorial, and then way up there is what we call Tyranny Tower. They call it Freedom Tower, lots of 9/11 activists call it Tyranny Tower. And we're here at the site of the attacks, of course, to talk to people about 9/11. And you can see debates are already starting. Let's just get in here a little bit.
Speaker B:You're avoiding a real serious discussion. I gave you examples of things where they saved Pearl Harbor, anything. I don't know. That's exactly what happened. The best and worst things. The best and worst things. Yeah, Pearl Harbor is a good example. Roosevelt knew.
Speaker A:Roosevelt knew.
Speaker B:Roosevelt knew.
Speaker A:JFK knew. They had a list of 10.
Speaker B:Israel's always in the top 5. Well, yeah, Israel's good at false flags. That means the Lebanon affair. You're Israeli, right? You know the Lebanon affair?
Speaker A:You know about You know, by the King David Hotel bombing.
Speaker B:That's what Israel masters in is false flagging. I want to make sure that— so don't pretend like we don't know. My point is clear. My point is your point. Conspiracy theorists like you guys never believe the official. Never. No, I bought the official story.
Speaker A:That's not true. Are you familiar with Operation Northwoods? Operation Northwoods? Don't tell me you don't buy this stuff. Well, I'm saying— so I just asked him if he's heard of Operation Northwoods. So Operation Northwoods. Answer him.
Speaker B:No, but this is a specific question. I'm making a general point very quickly. As somebody who in the real world looks at probabilities and looks at things going on, right, I do believe that statistically in the world there are things that are rigged. There's sports betting. We see there's things, right? But to say that every single big thing that happens was always an inside job.
Speaker A:Well, I don't think any of us have claimed that here.
Speaker B:Okay. Okay.
Speaker A:So let me go back to my question to you. Have you heard of Operation Northwoods? Okay. So if you were to go ahead and Google Operation Northwoods, you will see that it is a D-class government document where they talked about painting planes and trying to basically stage a false flag attack, basically trying to claim that the US government was attacked by a foreign nation.
Speaker B:By Cuba.
Speaker A:By Cuba. Now, as far as we know, it never actually happened, right? But it shows you this—
Speaker B:what year did it come out?
Speaker A:I think it was 1970s when the document came out. In '61, Kennedy's Joint Chiefs of Staff put— throw a plan on his desk, Operation Northwoods, and they say, we're going to take American planes, we're going to paint them as Cubans, we're going to take— we're going to dress up prisoners as Cuban soldiers attack American cities as a pretext to attack Cuba. So the point is that the government has discussed false flags before.
Speaker B:I'm not saying that whole concept of false flags is like insane. Of course there's a logic behind it, and it could have happened. Sure, it has happened in history. I just don't think you guys have evidence to apply it here.
Speaker A:But have you looked at the 9/11 evidence? Just to be honest, have you watched a 9/11 documentary? Or have you—
Speaker B:I've seen all the stuff, okay?
Speaker A:Like what? Name a specific documentary.
Speaker B:I don't want to get into the weeds.
Speaker A:Well, but that's the point.
Speaker B:That's the point.
Speaker A:Because you're You're trying to paint us all with a broad brush and say we just question everything, we don't believe anything. So I'm asking, what have you actually studied about 9/11?
Speaker B:Let me ask you something. If they would take this and side with you, if the government would side with you and they would file charges against Rumsfeld or whoever you think was doing it, and then they would try them in a court of law, do you think they would have proof beyond a reasonable doubt?
Speaker A:Absolutely. If there was a real court—
Speaker B:If you take the most documented event in history, by the way, 9/11 is the most documented single day event in history.
Speaker A:In which way? In some ways, yes.
Speaker B:Not in your media.
Speaker A:You're going to say it's AI or whatever. Not in your media. But what are you saying in terms of people watching it? We're not saying it didn't happen.
Speaker B:You have a mountain of conventional evidence on one side, and you have all these like little threads—
Speaker A:What is that mountain of evidence that you believe?
Speaker B:One second.
Speaker A:No, no, no. Let's take it point by point. What is the mountain of evidence? I never said Al-Qaeda did it. What is the mountain of evidence? You just said mountain.
Speaker B:So there were 19 terrorists who had clear-cut ties to Al-Qaeda. Okay? There were videos. We all saw what happened.
Speaker A:But what is that specific evidence though? Okay, we know the official story. You're just repeating that. But what is the actual evidence that you're claiming?
Speaker B:I'm not claiming anything. What are the hijackers' names?
Speaker A:Can you name?
Speaker B:Muhammad Atta. What? I don't know.
Speaker A:So talk to you. Leave it up.
Speaker B:So talk to you. Why do we have to know what they're talking about?
Speaker A:Talk to us.
Speaker B:Lies to Al Qaeda.
Speaker A:You can't even name. Look, if we took it, if we were serious. What's your name?
Speaker B:What's your name?
Speaker A:What's your name? What's your name? Okay, Elliot. So let me just take you point by point. Okay, like I know we're on the street, but let's just have a serious discussion.
Speaker B:Real quick, I just want to say.
Speaker A:Let's have a serious discussion.
Speaker B:There may be strands of truth in things you guys say.
Speaker A:There's plenty of strands.
Speaker B:I do believe that the governments in history.
Speaker A:So you don't doubt that people conspire together, that powerful people conspire?
Speaker B:Of course, look at history for sure. But I'm saying what you guys do is you take a little strand here, a little strand there, you find a way to connect the dots and you say boom.
Speaker A:Well, you don't know. You don't know what I do because you don't know me.
Speaker B:I'm saying this community in general.
Speaker A:You see, again, you're painting everybody with a broad brush.
Speaker B:Just like you guys generalize Israel and many people.
Speaker A:How do you know I do that? You don't know me personally, but you're generalizing right now again. So just address me as an individual. Just address me as an individual. 3 times the amount of—
Speaker B:When you take strands from little theories here and there and you tie them all together, and then you say that would— a jury would find that beyond a reasonable doubt, beyond the official record, I think it's kind of crazy.
Speaker A:Well, so can I give you a little background on myself? So look, I've been involved in this 9/11 truth movement for 16 years. I came here at the 10th anniversary. I started questioning 9/11 2009, 2010. I didn't just watch a random documentary and all of a sudden decide to fly all the way over here. I spent years— like, there's a 9/11 conference this weekend where there's professionals with degrees in engineering and architecture going through how the buildings couldn't have collapsed. due to what we're told from planes. So I'm not just blaming Israel or, you know, these things. Yes, those people exist. But to be honest, yes, you're right. There are crazies within the 9/11 truth movement who will believe anything and everything's fake and all that stuff. That's not where I'm coming from. I'm coming from having studied it, and I'm not a scientist, I'm not an architect, not an engineer. But as a journalist, I interview those folks who are the credible people who have done the studies and the research. I don't have a particular theory other than— I mean, because there's even within the 9/11 truth movement, if you asked everybody here, you'd get a range of theories from what you said. People who say there was no planes, there's nuclear weapons, controlled demolition.
Speaker B:Why are you here today?
Speaker A:Why am I here? Because, because it's been 25 years. And if you look at what started post-9/11, the 1 million dead Iraqis, the growth of the national security state, the surveillance state, Patriot Act, Homeland Security Act, all of that stems from the lies of what we were told about 9/11.
Speaker B:Did it really benefit America? All those lives lost in Iraq and Afghanistan?
Speaker A:Well, I mean, the American empire has grown over the last 25 years.
Speaker B:It's not like it was in bad shape before. We were the most powerful military by far.
Speaker A:So are you familiar with the organization called the Project for the New American Century? Okay, so just real brief, you know, I won't take up too much of your time. So if you look up— it's called PNAC. If you look up PNAC, this included a number of individuals who went on to the Bush administration: Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney, others. And in a document they wrote called Rebuilding America's Defenses, 6 months before 9/11— this is a white paper they put out— they talked about the need to go into the Middle East to try to expand the American empire, resources, etc. And in that paper, it specifically said the American people would not support a war in the Middle East without a new Pearl Harbor. 6 months later, 9/11 fucking happens. And all these people go into the Bush administration, and many of them benefit quite well and quite handsomely in 2 terms of Bush. So there's things like that. That's not even getting into the structural shit and all this sort of stuff. Insurance, Larry Silverstein. So that's what I'm saying.
Speaker B:That's probably your strong suit.
Speaker A:That's kind of— so my point is— I'm just going to wrap up with you real quick because I'm going to move on, but it's nice to talk to you earlier. The point is, like, that's just a little piece, right? So if you were to divide the categories of things that make people question 9/11, you could say, okay, there's the things about the way the buildings fell. There's stuff that, like, Larry Silverstein had an insurance policy on World Trade Center 7, and it wasn't hit by a plane, and it collapsed later that afternoon. There's the— what I just told you about PNAC, and there's, like, Operation Northwoods and false flags. So when you start to add up all these different pieces of evidence, surely some people are fucking skeptical about what they're told, you know, like, and I don't think that's— that should be— but I'll tell you, coming here to New York, I've been spat on, I've been called anti-American, I've been told get the fuck out of this country just for saying I don't think we were told the full story.
Speaker B:Listen, if everyone would say it the way you've been saying it the last 5 minutes—
Speaker A:I'm a little more rational, okay?
Speaker B:I know, that's the thing, because I think skepticism is very healthy, um, and, and that, that last point you made about the thing before, and I haven't checked it, but—
Speaker A:Project for a New American Century, check it out.
Speaker B:That's definitely a strong point. However, I still think it's a huge jump. You could say maybe some people, you know, maybe security wasn't as strong, maybe people looked the other way, or maybe like, I don't know. But again, like the very specific claims that a lot of these people tend to make, I think very much lacks evidence. And ultimately, when you come here on the anniversary and it just— this is their message, I think it's disrespectful to the victims. That's my personal opinion.
Speaker A:I understand. Well, look, Elliot, just to wrap up. So I hear what you're saying, but can you at least acknowledge what I just told you about Peenec? You even said, okay, well, that's kind of interesting, right? So it is true. Look, when you get— when we're done, Google Project for New American Century, Rebuilding America's Defenses. They're all looking up with you. Now imagine if we actually went and sat down in a coffee shop for 2 to 3 hours and I went through all the different pieces. I guarantee by the end of that you would have more to say, okay, I hadn't heard that, that's a little curious. I'm not saying you'd be a 9/11 truther, but I think you'd also be a lot more skeptical of the official story. So all I'm saying is don't paint us all with a broad brush. We're not all crazies. Many of us are just people who had family members and friends. And a lot of the people in the 9/11 Truth members are firefighters who were here, family members who have questions, you know, not just random crazies on the internet. I know that's what everybody wants to paint us as, but like I said, I've been coming here for 16 years, man, and, and there's so many people, especially outside of the US, who had like think it's obvious that the Americans were lied to. So thanks for talking, man. Good to meet you.
Speaker B:Thank you.
