Speaker A:

Foreign this is Derek Brose with the Conscious Resistance Network. And welcome to episode 168 of the Conscious Resistance Live, brought to you by Civil [email protected] Guys, we've got a packed show tonight, although it probably will be a little bit shorter because I've got a few very important stories. But it's not likely to be a very long show. So I hope you're okay with that. Top of the stories we're going to focus on COP30. In case you didn't know, the UN United nations is meeting this week and it has just begun as the day I'm recording this. So there's some developments to share there from the UN and then we also got an update on the FBI going after Arxiv today. Archive today, or maybe some of you know it as archive is. It's similar to The Internet Archive, archive.org, the Wayback Machine, but which is a website you can archive links and things of that sort. Apparently the FBI is coming after whoever is the mysterious founder of that. We're also going to talk about the latest news around the Supreme Court and the decision to send in the National Guard to Chicago and whether or not the Supreme Court's actually going to side with Trump and everything around that. And then finally, we're going to talk about a new story just breaking about Jeffrey Epstein and Israel. Would you be surprised to know that there's more evidence, more connections between Jeffrey Epstein and Israel? Probably most of you are are not going to be surprised by that, but those are going to be our top four stories tonight. And again, I want to remind you guys, this show is the conscious resistance.com is where you can find us at all my documentaries, my podcasts, my books, archives of this. That's the best place to get this content. And I've been running this show since 2012, 2013. Sometimes I jokingly say I've been hosting the Conscious Resistance live infrequently since 2013 because after more than 10 years, we're only at episode 168. But that's because I, I live a busy activist journalist life. And sometimes there's not always space and time to record this show on a weekly basis. That is, of course, before we started working with Civil, who is now bringing you this show. And because of Civil and because of their support for me, this is now a weekly podcast. So for the last few months we've been doing this every Monday, you can count on it, every Monday evening. Again, the conscious resistance.com if you want to sign up and get my latest content. I've got new reports there, including a report I did this weekend in Morelia and Mexico where I live, went out to the streets to a protest there. And I talked to some of the protesters after last week's story where I shared with you about the assassination that took place on the day of dead. There was a protest again this weekend. This one did not get violent but I decided to go there and document it and ask some of the protesters what they care about, why they're there, what issues. You know, they're focused on, things of that sort. So you can find that atthe conscious resistance.com and of course, as I said, the show is brought to you by Civil the [email protected] and what I'm showing you on screen right now is the 10 week opt out challenge. I just want to remind you guys this, this Wednesday I'm back at it for Civil this is a 10 week challenge we're now into. I think this is going to be week five I want to say, because I did the first week focused on sort of a 101 about what exit and build is and setting the stage for this entire 10 week challenge. The following week my buddy John Bush hosted it talking about Applied Counter economics. He got into his 4C strategy, confidence and cour, currency, Counter economics and community. The following week I talked about how to unbank yourself and that was, that was a big episode and that was probably the deepest dive I've ever done besides what's in my book and how to opt out the technocratic state. That was the deepest dive I'd done. And then last week John did Applied Counter Economics again, confidence and courage, adopting a sovereign mindset, building unshakable leaf, unshakable belief and antifragile resolve. So again talking about the importance of mindset and we're picking it up back this week where I'm going to be focused on opting out of big tech, how to ditch the surveillance giants forever, to switch to privacy first open source tools. And this is going to be about browsers, operating systems, email, search engine phones with a 60 day exit blueprint. So I'm going to help you guys. If you're still struggling to get off Microsoft, to get off Google, to get off Apple and you don't even know what other tools are out there, this is going to be for you. Most of you who follow my work regularly, you probably heard me talk about this. But if you need a little bit of extra help, you can go to Civil. And you'll get that. That's going to be happening this Wednesday night. I do it every Wednesday in the evening, 4pm Pacific and then the opposite weeks. John does it at noon Pacific. So highly encourage you guys to sign up because this is all recorded. So even if you don't watch it live, this is going to live forever on Civil, which is what makes Civil such a great, great deal. You can sign up for $5 a month or $50 a year. You get this 10 week, 10 week opt out challenge. You get my documentary Liberation 2030 and you're going to be the first people to see the conclusion, the final, final, final conclusion of my documentary series the Pyra, which will be coming out later this month exclusively on Civil. And all of that can be found at civil c I v l.com tcr. And if you do sign up for the annual subscription of $50 a year, you guys can use the code TCR20 to get a 20 discount off that. I think it's a great deal and I encourage you to do that. One other thing I want to mention as far as upcoming events, this Wednesday I'm doing that opt out challenge. But also Wednesday morning I'm going to be participating in something that we call a virtual micro activation to promote the People's Reset. And honestly, I know we got some news to get to. I'll get there in a moment. But if you guys could bear with me, I know some of you always are in a rush to get to the news, but you got to sometimes understand that the news isn't necessarily going to help you get to Liberation. It's important to be informed and as a journalist I care about informing people, but even more than that, but we have to find ways to take care of ourselves. And that's what the People's Reset is all about. I've been hosting this event now for five years. We started in 2020. The first event was January 2021. We've held seven of these events, excuse me, six of these events in Mexico, one of them in the UK. And this will be the eighth one that we're doing. January 28th to February 1st, five days, hundreds of people from around the world. All solutions focused. We have five themes. Liberate your mind, body and soul. Permaculture and food independence. Algorithm and parallel networks. Empowering technology and building free and conscious communities. So if you are tired of just watching from behind your phone or computer screen and you actually want to connect with other like minded people who give a shit and are trying to build A better world. The People's Reset is the place for you. This is not just a conspiracy conference or a political thing. This is a truly solutions focused movement. 100% solutions focused. No debates about this conspiracy or this conspiracy. I know there's a fun time and place for that. But the People's reset is a 100% solutions focused, multi generational bilingual event. And so we've been doing these what we call micro activations every other Wednesday leading up to the event. We're going through one of those five themes I just mentioned. This Wednesday, the theme we're focusing on is algorithm and parallel networks. And as you see, for those who are watching on screen, myself, let me go ahead and pull that up myself and Grant Elman, also known as Presence, and then Will Keller, who's a great thinker and just writer about natural law, we're going to be presenting for this virtual microactivation. So this happens 11am Central Wednesday morning. So if you're open to the idea of the People's Reset, you're thinking about it. I highly encourage you to tune in because as you can see, if you're watching on screen and you see these comments, Much love from the uk. Thank you, Derek, you're awesome. Hello from Maui, hello from Minnesota. Looking forward to this. So people are already excited about this. And what it is is basically an hour long virtual event where each of these presenters, myself included, will speak for about 15 minutes and sort of outline and tease what they're going to talk about when it comes to the People's Reset in January. And this is going to be the first time that I'm going to speak about what, what I'm going to talk about in January, which is related to my new upcoming book called A Man of My Word, How I Overcame Addiction, Depression and Mental and Physical Prisons. And actually that's the first time I'm sharing the title of the book anywhere else. You guys are hearing it live here first. And I'll be releasing the COVID and everything soon. It's going to come out in mid December. And as part of my presentation for the People's Reset, you might be saying, well, Derek, what does your personal story about drug addiction have to do with agorism and building parallel systems? Well, I don't want to give away my talk, but I'm going to focus on how we as a freedom community, freedom movement, whatever you want to say that I believe there's a need for an alternative parallel system when it comes to recovery and addiction and overcoming all the different challenges that people face mental health struggles, drug addiction, sex addiction, porn, gambling, whatever you've got. Because the legacy systems, let's say AA and governmental rehabs and probation and prison and all this stuff, they're not about actually helping people. And so for me, I'm finding the need. As I'm starting to share more of my personal story and talk about this, I think there's a need for us to focus on the creation of building a system where we can talk about addiction, where we can talk about recovery and those challenges and not feel ashamed of it and be real about it, but at the same time do it in a way that doesn't just reinforce the same old dogmas and garbage and things that we've dealt with in the past. So that's what my talk at the at the Micro Activation is going to be about. I'm really excited because as I said, it'll be the first time that I share publicly about my book and a little bit more about my journey. The link to that Micro Activation, you can find it@the peoplesreset.org if you go to our blog. We always post the latest news on our blog. We also have a substack atthegreaterreset.substack.com and I'll put that in the links. Or, or you can just go straight to the link in the show notes and sign up there and yeah. So I hope to see you Wednesday at the Microactivation and I hope to see you Wednesday evening at the Civil new this new week of the Opt Out Challenge. As I talk about opting out of big tech. Now let's go ahead, let's waste no more time and let's jump into our stories for today. The big one, I think, is that COP 30. Some of you might be familiar with this. COP 30. The UN Climate Conference is starting just today, November 10th, and it's going to go for 11 days. It's happening in Brazil. The November UN Climate Conference, COP 30 convenes in Belem, Brazil, bringing together leaders from government, businesses and civil society to tackle the defining challenge of our era. With global temperatures hitting record highs and extreme weather reshaping lives worldwide, the stakes couldn't be higher than COP 30 will spotlight the race to keep warming below 1.5 degrees, unveil new national climate plans, also known as NDCs. And I do think you need to keep an eye on those and assess progress on critical finance commitments made at COP 29. So some of you might remember that last year, COP 2029, I was actually at the United Nations. Let Me, go ahead and pull that up actually, because last year during the COP conference, the UN Climate Conference, it was also focused on the Summit of the Future. This was sort of a pre event that took place at the UN right before COP 29. And I was one of the only journalists other than Dan Astin, Gregory and a few other people who were actually talking about the Summit of the future and how the Summit of the future was talking about signing the Pact of the Future where all the nations of the UN member states were going to come together and they're going to sign this brand new Pact of the future. It also was a digital pact of the future and a pact on digital rights and a lot of different things. And if you didn't see those reports, I will include those in the show notes because as I said, I did go to the un. I went into the UN building myself. I got to have that experience as a journalist, which was quite interesting, talking to different people and, and, and just trying to learn more about it. And I'll include this link from the show notes. That's my picture right there. Reporting from the Summit of the Future in New York City. So last year when they signed the Pact of the Future, which the vast majority of the nations in the world did sign the Pact for the future and that basically is kind of setting the stage climate, you know, because people need to understand we're talking about Agenda 2030 which the Sustainable Development Goals, Agenda 2030. These are the agendas that are all about bringing digital IDs in. And it's going to come in, whether it comes in through talking about, well, we need to fix the elections and give everybody a digital id. We need to fight those illegal immigrants and make sure we know who's where and when they're at where they're at. So we need a digital ID or we need a digital ID in the form of a vaccine passport to stop the spread of this scamdemic. And no matter what narrative they use, it's all going towards digital id. And climate change is one of those big, big parts of that. You know, we've, we've talked about this in the past. Many of you heard about this, this idea of, of a wallet that would track your carbon usage and depending on how much carbon you're using, that would decide what services you get access to. These are not ideas I'm making up in my head. These are things that have been talked about in white papers and places around the world. So it's important to pay attention to COP a little bit again, I'm not saying give the UN all your attention, but be aware that this COP 30 has started. It is happened, it is happening right now. I haven't seen any major news coming out of it just yet, but this is the first day, so I'll probably talk about it again next week. But here's the first thing that I think we should be keeping our eye on. This is coming from over on substack from Dr. Jakob Nordengard, who is from. I don't want to mix it up. I think he's from Sweden and he is a past guest of mine. Jakob does some great work on the Rockefellers and talking about digital id and he's a great writer as well. So I encourage you to follow him either at Substack or just keep up with his work wherever you can. And he put out this new piece today, COP30 proposal global public digital infrastructure for climate guided by UN Climate Change Council, an operating system for climate action with a digital identification layer at its center. Now, by the way, I just want to say if you didn't see the latest Independent Media alliance panel last week, myself James Corbett, Ryan Christian, Hakeem Anwar of Above Phone, several other people, Kit Knightley of Off Guardian. I'm forgetting a few names. Sorry guys, it's nothing personal. I'm bad with memory right now and a few other buddies were all a part of this really important panel on digital IDs that will be on the Conscious Resistance tomorrow, Tuesday. So if you haven't seen it yet, go to the consciousresistance.com and you can check it out there. We were talking about the importance of focusing on digital id. Now obviously many, many of us are focusing on digital id. But the reason we were really talking about is because Hakeem Anwar over at Above Phone and with Take Back our tech has put out this epic report on digital id. I actually have a new interview with him coming out later this week that you can stay tuned to, so please do follow for that. Now, the reason I bring all that up is because digital IDs are finally getting the attention that they deserve. I know a lot of people in the broader freedom movement or those who follow online, you've been aware of digital IDs, you've heard these conversations going on. But it's getting very real, my friends. We are in November 2025. 2026 is coming. These people have plans for Agenda 2030, Sustainable Development Goals. 2030 is not an arbitrary number or year. That's the plan. That's the year they would like to have all these plans finished, that doesn't mean they're going to succeed necessarily, but it does mean you shouldn't expect that 2030 comes and all of a sudden they just drop their plans. Now what's going to happen is they're going to move incrementally closer and closer towards this until they finally get what they want. And as I said, climate change is one of the big ways they're going to bring it in. So let's go ahead and see what Jakob is talking about right here. All right. All right, here we go. So what's on the agenda for COP30? Well, the whole climate charade is intended to give birth to a highly efficient carbon management system that will support the SDGs with humans in the crosshairs. Climate changes, systems change. And an important tool to achieve this is the application of artificial intelligence, Digital Public infrastructure, also known as dpi, which Hakeem does talk about in his report. And also I want to shout out to Tim over at Social, who has been doing great work on this for years, and digital technologies, and he talks about how Bill Gates is involved in this. But here's the important piece. A couple of days before the summit started, the Brazilian Presidency presented a groundbreaking proposal, their words not mine, for transparent, interoperable and rapid coordination of climate action. Called the Global Public Digital Infrastructure for Climate. The proposal was an answer to the DPI for People and Planet Innovation challenge which was launched this year in June by Japan's International Cooperation Agency. So they they announced the challenge. Here it is. Digital Public Infrastructure for Climate. This is the the actual proposal, but this is a response to a challenge. This is the development of digital Public infrastructure concept which was introduced at the G20 in India in 2023. It is described as the foundational digital systems that form the backbone of modern societies. And Jakob has another article about this. Digital public infrastructure for one earth, one family and one future. But with this new thing it says this Climate DPI is described as an operating system for climate action with the ability to quote, coordinate action across borders at an unprecedented speed and scale, providing real time data for early warnings and disaster response. Key components include an earth observation data commons, real time climate risk monitoring systems, digital platforms for climate finance and integration of artificial intelligence both for climate and for AI itself. In the center is a digital identification layer described as a quote system for unique identification of entities involved in climate action. This includes people, organizations and assets as stated in the report leveraging national ID systems where available or alternative community IDs. This layer ensures every stakeholder can be recognized and authenticated digitally. And that's what this all comes down to. You can, you know, okay, this is about climate change trying to fix the world. They claim what it's really about is trying to get as many people on these track and trace systems as possible. As I said a couple of moments ago, it can be about, it can be about pandemics, it can be about immigration, it can be about trying to fix the elections, or it can be about climate change. Whatever narrative they use, the goal is to get as many people on these systems. And you can see this, this section from the report here. Again I will put the report in the show notes if you want to read it yourself. And so COP 30 is just starting. But even before they start, this digital public infrastructure for climate plan is being announced. And Jakob continues. The dedicated global climate DP is described as a potential game changer in responding to the climate emergency with the ability to, quote, turbocharged climate action. The report recommends international governance under the UNFCCC and the COP framework to guide climate DPI development. Now he gives. I'll just read one more and then I'll let you read this yourself. But this is an important report that hopefully you're going to check out. One concrete example is the establishment of a UN Climate Change Council which is intended to act as a quote, political steward for climate dpi. The proposal for such a council was introduced only a couple days ago by the hosting Brazilian President Lula da Silva in his call for the call of Bellum for the climate. So you're seeing lots of push for digital public infrastructure. And he also mentions a similar mechanism was suggested in last year's essay A Logic for the Future by the Rockefeller's Brothers Fund president Stephen Heinz. So the climate DPI report contains the basic requirement needed to establish an all seeing eye which can be integrated into Global Government Technology Center's vision for an AI run agentic state. As stated in the report, Climate DPI envisions integrated AI driven systems to anticipate risks, optimize adaption strategies and support decision making at all levels. Now one thing you got to remember my friends is that when you read the globalist speak, the UN speak, the WEF speak, is that they try to couch all their stuff in warm and fuzzy terms and buzzwords to throw people off. Because if you tell people the un, the World Economic Forum doesn't have your best intention at heart, they're trying to, you know, promote digital IDs to control all of us, the normies and NPCs are going to go over here and say, what are you talking about, Derek? They just want to optimize adaption strategies and support decision making at all levels. Isn't that a good thing? Coincidentally, the coordinator of this report that he's outlining here is the Brazilian lawyer Ronaldo Lemos, who was named a World Economic Forum Young global leader in 2015. So the connections continue to pile up. And there's more to this report here from Jakob. I will leave it to you to check it out. But we will be following the COP proposals and especially particularly we will be following any more developments about digital public infrastructure, about digital IDs, because as I said, this is what it's really about, this is where it's really going. And this is also why, I mean not to plug civil too much, but this is why I'm doing the 10 week opt out challenge. And I encourage you to go watch the IMA panel again because even in the IMA panel, which include James Corbett and other people who are very educated and principled and, you know, informed and Ryan Christian and others, even within that panel of these educated journalists and researchers, you had a diverse set of views and opinions and ideas about where the red line in the sand is. Just one example. James said every time he wants to fly in or out of Japan, he has to give his biometrics. So he's had his fingerprint scanned many times in order to travel, to visit family or to go to events and things of that sort. That sucks. That's, that's, that's really hard to hear. James Corbett, who's been warning about this for years, has to participate. That now of course he has a choice. He could stay home and just leave Japan, but he's got family. He wants to spread his message. I'm not blaming James at all. What I'm saying is it's very interesting that even within this informed group of the independent media alliance, we have differences of opinions and views on what that line in the sand should be. I gave the example in the panel how my passport expires in a couple years and also the airports are more and more requiring facial recognition. And for me, that's a line in the sand. So if it becomes impossible for me to fly without submitting my face or my retina or my fingerprints, then I'm going to stop flying. Right now I am able to opt out and say no, but that probably is going to change soon. And so I've thought about that. Where's my line in the sand? I'm not here to Judge other people about what they're going to do. But I will say this. If you're forward thinking, if you're already working on your exit and build goals and you're trying to become less and less dependent on these systems, then you will be in a position where you won't have to compromise your values, your principles, because you can get yourself to a place where you don't need their systems, or at least you need their systems as little as possible. It takes time, it takes money, it takes energy, it takes lifestyle changes and effort and all those things. But I think it's worth it. So again, I will put all the links in the show notes to Hakeem Anwar's digital ID report, to the IMA panel which is coming out tomorrow, and then of course to Jakob Nordengard's new report about COP 30 and this digital public infrastructure for climate. Guys, I want to remind you, another way to support the show here is to buy our shirts. We have I think eight different designs right now. You have eight different designs@the consciousresistance.com we got liberate All Life. We got Revolution Without Healing as a recipe for disaster. You are creator. Exit and build. You are beautiful. You are powerful. You are free. The Conscious Resistance. No masters, no slaves. Holistic anarchism. And we're going to have more soon. But these are a great representation of our message and what we stand for. Every single one of the shirts has the anarchy A on the back. Or if you don't like anarchy, you can just say it's for activism or for awake. But they have the, the words and the, the images on the front and the website, the conscious resistance.com on the back. You can pick these up for just 25 USD. If you want to get them from outside the US there's a shipping charge because it's getting more and more expensive to send them to you guys. But it really makes me happy every time I get an email and we get a new order. And we've been shipping these shirts to South Africa, to across Europe, to Ro, Romania recently, shout out to the lady over in Romania, across the us, Canada and elsewhere. So if you want to support us, this is one of the ways to do it. Go to the Conscious resistance dot com, check out our shop link. You can find the books and find the shirts and pick you up a new thread, picked you up something new to complete your fit and spread the message. Spread the words, guys. That's the way you can support us. So Archive is, is a website that I use Pretty regularly. In fact, it, I've been using it for this show as I was setting my show up today. Actually, let me just go ahead and show you. If you're watching on screen, you can see the next story we're going to talk about is the Supreme Court. And this is a CNN link that I wanted to share. Well, CNN will Let you read 1 or 2 articles for free and then they start asking you to pay to, you know, be a member of their, their service or whatever to get access to these articles. I'm not going to give CNN any of my money, as you can imagine. So what I do is I go to Archive is Archive today and I copy and paste the link from CNN and I drop it in there and then it saves it. And not only does it save it, so that's preserved on the Internet, kind of like how archive.org does. And many of you are familiar with that, the Wayback Machine. But it breaks the paywall so that when before there was a little pop up here or the words disappear and it says hey, please log in to read this. Now I can read the entire article. So if you ever see me sharing links and it's, it's this weird archive is link and archive is kyby. That's how the links look. It's because of that. So a lot of the links that I often share are coming from using Archive and it's a tool I use greatly in my research, like I said, to read information that is hidden behind paywalls to save snapshots of things. But this new report coming from Ars Technica. FBI orders domain registrar to reveal who runs the mysterious Archive is website Tukos subpoenaed and criminal probe for info on customer behind Archive Today the FBI is trying to unmask the operator of Archive is also known as Archive Today, a website that snaves snapshot of web pages and is commonly used to bypass paywalls. The FBI sent a subpoena to the domain registrar Tucos seeking quote, subscriber information on the customer behind Archive today in connection with the federal criminal investigation being conducted by the FBI. The subpoena tells the company that quote, your company is required to furnish this information. The subpoena is supposed to be secret, but the Archive Today X account posted the account posted the document on October 30, the same day their subpoena was issued. The X post contained a link to the PDF and the word canary which I think is a sign that they might try to shut down at some point because they basically are Worried about, you know, being somebody going after them. And so he wrote canary. And here's a link to the PDF. Let me just open it up. PDF link. Here's the subpoena. U.S. department of justice federal FBI subpoena and they're requesting information relates to a criminal investigation being conducted by the FBI. Your failure to obey the resulting court order may be punished as contempt. The document said it gave a deadline of November 29th. So to coast, which is the web hosting service, is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and is incorporated in Pennsylvania. The company's subpoena and warrant policy says it provides registrant information and response to civil subpoenas issued by US Courts and warrants related to criminal matters. Archive doesn't even really use their. Their Twitter account. They randomly just posted. They hadn't posted since March 2024. And then on Halloween day, they just popped in October, October 31, and posted the link to their subpoena. So it's happening and the government is trying to get information about them. And there's multiple reasons, but let's just see what they want. It says while copyright infringement would be a likely area of investigation for the FBI with Archive Today, the subpoena doesn't provide specific information on the probe. The subpoena asks Archive Today customer or subscriber name, addresses, length of service, records of phone calls or texts, payment information, records of session times and duration of Internet connection activity, mobile device ID codes, IP addresses and other numbers used to identify the subscriber. So they're really trying to get any and all information they can about the person who registered this website. In contrast with the nonprofit Internet archive, which runs archive.org that's the wayback Machine. The operator or operators of Archive Today have remained mysterious. It has used various domains such as archive, phone archive is, etc. And its registrant, Dennis Petrov, may be an alias. So there is a name that exists related to this, but most people think it is a pseudonym, a false name. And there have been others who've tried to link and say that Archive is, is likely from, you know, founders from Russia with some European connections. And Archive Today FAQ that hasn't been updated in over a decade says it was started in 2012, uses data centers and Europe and is privately funded and it accepts donations. So we are going to see this, we're going to see where it goes. But this is unfortunate because this is a tool that helps break the paywalls. As I said and as they add here at the end. US Publishers have been fighting Web services designed to bypass paywalls. In July, the News Media alliance said it secured the takedown of a paywall bypass website, 12 Foot IO. That was another one that helped break paywalls. And they said, quote, following the News Media Alliance's efforts, the web Host promptly locked 12 foot IO on Monday, July 14, the group said. So it is likely that if they are able to go after this person that many of those links that I have used and others have used to, you know, break paywalls or to share links without giving traffic, because sometimes it's not even about trying to, to, to break the paywall, so to speak, it is just about trying to not give the big boys, the big companies like CNN and others, your traffic. And that's the thing is if I go read an [email protected] even if I'm using, even if I'm using like ad blockers and stuff, they're still getting that traffic from me. They're still going to get money, you know, from just the traffic itself. And with Archive is Archive today, we are able to read the information, get the important, you know, stats and facts that we want, but also not give traffic to these companies that we don't want to support. And so that's what it really comes down to. And it's a really helpful tool. And I really hope that, I hope that they don't get taken down, but it is likely that that's where things are going. So. All right, let's go ahead and continue with our next story. We're going to talk a little bit about the Supreme Court real quick. And this is an update on an ongoing dialogue, an ongoing story about the National Guard being sent out different places and whether or not the Supreme Court is actually going to allow Trump to continue to send National Guard into Chicago, Portland and places like that. And there's going to be some pretty big ramifications from whatever they decide, as you can imagine. First, let's look at this one from cnn. Supreme Court wants more time and information before deciding if Trump can send National Guard to Chicago. This was reported about 10 days ago. Supreme Court on Wednesday took the rare step to ask of asking for additional briefing and a high profile emergency case challenging President Donald Trump's deployment of the National Guard to Chicago, questioning whether those troops can be used under the federal law at issue to augment immigration officials. Federal court earlier in October blocked the deployment. And in a signal that the Supreme Court isn't in a hurry, the justices indicated that they won't decide the case till at least November 17th that means next week. The new question may be a bad sign for Trump, whose lawyers argued that under a 1827 precedent, courts don't have jurisdiction to review a president's decision to call up the guard. So, as with every other place, Trump is basically saying, like, they don't have any authority to review my decisions. I'm a king. And people wonder why there was no kings protest. And they're like, trump's not a king. We don't have kings. But, I mean, the dude's pretty much acting like an authoritarian. The fact that the Supreme Court is trying to take more time to look at this, according to cnn, could be a bad sign for Trump because, arg, his lawyers are arguing that under 1827 precedent, courts don't have a jurisdiction to question or challenge the president's president's views. And again, that goes to the whole thing about not being a king. Right. Instead, the justices appear to be debating one of the administration's more nuanced justifications for the deployment. Now, according to Steve Vlad, who is a CNN legal analyst and a professor at Georgetown University Law center, he says, quote, so although we can't know for sure, the order seems like a bad sign for President Trump. There would be no need for the Supreme Court to ask the parties to address this question if five justices had already agreed to vote for the federal government on one of the other two justifications. So basically saying, like, if, if they were certain that Trump was in the right and they were going to go towards Trump, Trump's, you know, arguments, they probably wouldn't need to even take this extra time. And as I covered, I think it was on last week's show, this call for more time. It comes after this. Georgetown University law professor Martin Lederman put a brief, which is just a filing in the court, saying that the law that Trump is relying on to deploy the National Guard to Chicago doesn't apply to civilian law enforcement agencies like ice. He's basically saying that the National Guard can only be called forth under the law to augment regular military forces. And in its order, a couple of Wednesdays ago, the Supreme Court asked the Department of Justice and officials in Illinois to address the very issues. And a series of new briefs, which are due through mid November. So that's kind of what's been going on, is Trump and his team are arguing under this 1827 law, they have the right to do whatever the heck they want, and the courts can't review their decisions. And then others are saying, you know, the, namely the attorney generals for Chicago are arguing that the law is wrong. And you have this one law professor saying that Trump is also misinterpreting the law. Now, interestingly, as I said on the previous show, under that professor's interpretation of the law, technically, it seems like it's a call for, well, Trump needs to send in the military. And then if the military doesn't can't get the job done, then Trump could send in the National Guard. But hopefully that's not where this is all headed. Nevertheless, what we're seeing here is this continued protracted fight to get National Guard troops into Chicago. So now let's jump over to the Chicago Tribune, which is the big paper in Chicago. Supreme Court's deliberate review of Donald Trump's Illinois National Card Guard plan signals a cautious approach. Again, basically saying the fact that they're taking their time could be a bad sign for Trump and a good sign for liberty and for freedom. President Trump has been able to depend on the Supreme Court's conservative majority to uphold his unprecedented broad use of executive power. But when it comes to sending the National Guard into Illinois, there are signs that it might not be a slam dunk. Unlike other high profile legal battles, the high court has moved cautiously on the Illinois dispute. The justices have given lawyers until Monday. So that's November 17, two weeks after issuing their October order to file additional briefs. And this is a sharp turnaround to previous decisions they've made where they've, you know, acted very quickly. The Trump administration is asking the court to overturn lower court decisions that have sidelined National Guard troops from Illinois, California and Texas. Trump's Justice Department argues that lower court action improperly impinges on the president's authority and needlessly endangers federal personnel and property. Citing potential violence, the department lawyers urged the court to grant an immediate administrative stay. But the Supreme Court is still considering the department's request several weeks after it was filed. So they didn't immediately say, okay, we're going to give you what you want. Instead, they're saying, we need more time. And given that this Monday deadline is approaching, additional filings and another week for responses, the justices indicated that they would likely rule on the emergency application application no sooner than mid November. And according to court observers, the conservative majority on the court appears split on how to handle the case. Otherwise, they would have acted already. According to Carolyn Shapiro, founder and co director of the Chicago Kent College of Laws Institute on the Supreme Court says the justices, quote, do not appear to think there is an emergency requiring their immediate action. They can and do act very fast, and they're not in this situation. And what that means in the world outside the courtroom is that the National Guard will stay off the streets at least until the middle of November and maybe even longer. The Trump administration lawyers are being fought by lawyers from the Illinois attorney General's office, which urged the Supreme Court to keep the ban on saying, quote, the state seeks to protect its sovereignty, retain control over local policing, and protect the basic structure of American federalism from unprecedented intrusion. The lawyers from Illinois are saying that their order didn't prevent federal agencies from addressing violence with as many federal law enforcements as they believe appropriate. It's just preventing them from bringing in the National Guard. Now, there's more to this article, and I will go ahead and, and, and share it with you because I think it's important to kind of understand, like, the National Guard typically is deployed for other reasons, not to quell civil unrest in the United States. And it's not even what I would call Citadel unrest. That's just what Trump is kind of promoting it, saying that Chicago and these other places are war zones. And I don't think anybody really would believe that or argue that these are war zones. If anything, it's the presence of the National Guard that is making things more chaotic. Now, again, I want to reemphasize because I've said this on recent shows that I know not everybody in my audience understands or appreciates what's happening in Chicago in terms of activists standing up and pushing back or organizing or even just talking shit to ICE in the streets. But for me, I appreciate it. I think people should be standing up to injustices. And it's already pretty chaotic out there with just ice. If you add the National Guard to the situation, I don't see how that's going to do anything but create more chaos. The other point to what was just mentioned, that Chicago Tribune article about federalism, I want to just, you know, call out to anybody who consider themselves conservative Republicans, maga, who may be listening to my, you know, my show here, to just really think about and understand that conservatives used to care about constitutional principles and small government, limited government, states rights, these kind of things. At least that's what I remember when I was growing up back in the day. And it seems like so many people have let that go. And so for me, I believe in decentralization. I believe in secession. I believe that we shouldn't have cities and states in this giant thing we call the United States that look exactly the same. Chicago doesn't need to look like conservative, you know, another part of the country, insert conservative state. It doesn't need to look like Arkansas, for example, and Houston doesn't need to look like, like LA and etc. Etc. That we need. I believe this diversity of perspectives and opinions and views and I do believe in states rights and, and I also believe, as I said, in decentralization. So if one state wants to have laws that are more favorable to cannabis, for example, they should have the freedom to do that. It shouldn't be the federal government using their arcane, insane drug laws to come in and force the state or the city to do what they want. And in the same way, if somewhere like, let's say some of the towns and cities in Virginia years ago who were declaring themselves second Amendment sanctuary cities, if they want to have stronger gun laws, they should be able to do that and the Fed shouldn't come in there and try to force them the chains and so on and so forth. If it comes to immigration, if it comes to cannabis or gun laws, if cities and states want to have their own sort of view on those things, I think that's legit. I don't think we should, should be encouraging the feds to come in and force their view and force their laws onto the municipalities and onto the states. That would mean there would be some parts of the country that do have laws that are open and more favorable to cannabis or to immigration and what have you. And I think that is a beautiful thing. That is true decentralization. That's these federalist kind of principles and it's, I think that's where we should be headed. Now I know I'm just one person and most people probably don't agree with that, but even if you just rest your, you know, your case on states rights, that the states have some rights and that whatever powers are not given to the feds, they're reserved for the states. I don't know why so many people have gotten away from that. I can guarantee you if this was Obama sending a National Guard to go enforce some laws in conservative states with conservative governor or something like that, people would be flipping their minds. They would be losing their shit and they would be doing so, so rightfully, justly, because that is not a correct thing. That's nothing that we should be, you know, supporting or setting that precedent. So when I see conservatives who, because of their desire to enforce immigration laws, they are celebrating and cheering on a loss of states rights and the growth of the federal government and the ability to force states and cities what to do what you want. I don't think you guys are thinking this through. I don't think you're thinking of the long term, you know, consequences of where this is headed. Nevertheless, we will continue to follow up with the Supreme Court decision because whatever they decide for Chicago is going to affect the rest of the United States and it's going to be a pretty big decision. So we will stay on that. I want to remind you guys one more time that Civil is the one who brings you this podcast. I've been working with them now for a couple of months and I love it because Civil is a streaming platform, a podcasting network that is dedicated to upgrading human civilization. And they do that by, by promoting individual liberty, promoting voluntarism and promoting human respect. They have tons and tons of awesome documentaries on their platform. They've got other podcasts besides mine. They've got my upcoming documentary, Liberation 2030, with which I'm really excited to share because it's going to be, it's, it's. For me this is like the call to action, right? This is, instead of focusing on what they, them those are doing, we come together and we think about our own agenda. We were Talking about Agenda 2030 earlier and sustainable Development Goals. Well, what if we stop focusing so much on those people, like what's his name, old buddy, Klaus Schwab and Larry Fink and Bill Gates and all the rest of them. I'm not saying we don't talk about them ever because obviously that's what I'm here doing reporting. But what if we put that same energy into creating the lives that we want for our 2030 and beyond? That's what this liberation 2030 is about. That's what this little mini documentary is about. That's really what all of my work is about. There's the man, Klaus Schwab himself. So I'm excited to share this with you guys. It is currently available right now on civil.com. you can be the. Excuse me. You can be the first ones to see it before anybody else if you'd like to. And of course later this month, the Conclusion, the final conclusion to my 17 part documentary series. The Final, Final Conclusion I've been working on for five years is going to be released exclusively on Civil for the Pyramid of Power. That's coming later in November. So if you want to sign up, you go to civil.com tcr and as I said before, it's a great deal. Just $5 a month or $50 a year and you can use the code TCR20 to get a 20% discount off of the annual subscription. So thank you everybody at Civil who supported me and all the people who've been signing up and following over there. I really do appreciate it. Now let's get into our final story of the night. So let me go ahead and bring up my old friend Jeffrey Epstein. And of course, I mean that facetiously, don't get mad at me. More like my old investigation subject because I've been investigating Jeffrey Epstein since 2016, visiting his house for my documentary Bringing Down Jeffrey Epstein back in 2018. And this is an ongoing investigation that Dropsite News has been doing. They're a very good website you should be following. Jeffrey Epstein helped Israel sell a surveillance state to Cote d'. Evoire. I don't know how to say it. Apologize. I think it's French and it's a West African nation. Leaked emails show the details behind talks between Kote Devoir and Israel shepherded by Ehud Barack and Jeffrey Epstein. Now, I've noticed recently in the last couple months there has been this pushback, particularly against my friend and colleague Whitney Webb about her work around Jeffrey Epstein. And really just anybody insinuating that Jeffrey Epstein has ties to Israeli intelligence or intelligence at all. Namely, I remember Michael Tracy was, was giving Whitney a lot of flack for a mistake or two that was in her book One Nation Under Blackmail. And Whitney even acknowledged that there was some, some, maybe some, some mistakes made in there related to Alex Acosta. But people like Michael Tracy and others are trying to kind of give off this perception that that means that there's no there there, that there's no evidence that Jeffrey Epstein had connections to Israel or to intelligence. And you know, for one, let's look at his relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell and her father, Robert Maxwell. Of course, Robert Maxwell in the book Samson Option was called out as being linked to British intelligence as well as Israel intelligence. Then you have Les Wexner, who is the founder of the Limited brands, Victoria's Secret Limited stores, billionaire based in Ohio, tied to the Cleveland mafia, also part of the Mega group, which is a very little known and little reported on group of according to themselves, wealthy finance Jewish financiers who lobby for Israel's interests. And of course Les Wexner is the one who sold Jeffrey Epstein his New York mansion reportedly for a dollar. And you know, so that's just a few of the connections that Epstein has to people who are tied to Israel or at least big supporters of Israel. Doesn't prove that he's intelligence Neither does this story, I will say from the outset, but it is an important piece of the puzzle and I hope that you guys will read the full thing. I'm just going to share a few of the details here with you. So Jeffrey Epstein and Ehud Barak were specialists and war profiteering. At the end of his tenure as Israel's Defense Minister, and after his supposed retirement, Barack embraced the role as a salesman of Israeli security forces to embattled governments, opening the door for Israeli intelligence leaders to shape the security apparatuses of several African American nations, including the country of Cote d' Ivoire de Ivor Ivory, I think, is what they're saying. There. Quietly facilitating these efforts was Jeffrey Epstein, who allegedly died in 2019. Epstein wrote at one point with Barack, with civil unrest exploding and the desperation of those in power, isn't this perfect for you? Barack replied, you're right in a way, but not simple to transform it into a cash flow. Transforming in rust and unrest into a cash flow involved brokering deals between the Israeli state and this West African nation. New details about Epstein's role in Israel's intelligence operations in Africa have emerged from two different sets of documents. The first one, I think, has been criminally underreported and not enough people even know about it. It came from the website distributed Denial of Secrets, and it was released by the Handala hacking group. They had an archive of emails that they leaked. So that's one set of documents. The second one is coming from documents released by the House Oversight Committee. That's where the source of this story is from. And from the House documents, Dropsite News got access to Epstein's personal emails, his appointment calendars. And these provide clear evidence of Epstein's involvement in Israel's West African security negotiations in 2012. While Barack was Israel's defense minister, the two men worked together as a conduit for Israel's intelligence sector in this West African nation, where Barack was welcomed as a representative of the Israeli government, even though he was already retired. Epstein helped Barack deliver a proposal for mass surveillance of phone and Internet communications in this country crafted by former Israeli intelligence officials. So together, Epstein and the former Defense Minister of Israel come up with a mass surveillance plan to get the country to monitor the calls and the Internet of everybody in this country. And this is, of course, just part of a series of articles that Dropsite News has been doing. They did a previous one where they showed similar operations in Mongolia, but they say here Epstein and Barack's private deal making evolved seamlessly into an official security agreement between Israel and Cote d' Ivoire in 2014. Since the agreement was signed over a decade ago, President Alassane Ouattara has tightened his grip on power, banning public demonstrations and arresting peaceful protesters. He also won a fourth term which is in violation of the constitution of that country. And different people have been, activists have been arrested and you know, criminalized. And this is coming with the support of Israel's security firms to help this guy maintain power and his Israeli backed police state, which has squashed civic organizations and silenced critics. And they have a quote here from an exiled activist, Boga Sakao Gervais, who said, under this president since 2011, freedoms of opinion, thought and expression have been criminalized. It has become forbidden to criticize the head of the state. And so this story about Israel had a security agreement with this country is only one chapter in the saga of Epstein and Barack's covert activities in Africa. And it is reported as this next entry and their ongoing series, it's called Epstein Israel Ivory Coast How Israeli Intelligence Built a Police State in West Africa. And they go through emails that came out in the documents, they got leaked images and things. This is a really good report that I highly encourage you guys to read the full length of because as I said, it really just outlines the role that Epstein plays. Great. And you know, we're, we're told that Epstein was just this math teacher who didn't even have a college education and somehow ends up in finance and somehow ends up rubbing elbows with all kinds of powerful celebrities and politicians and people. And yes, the stories that get the most attention relate to the abuse of women as they should of young girls, the pedophilia, child trafficking, sex trafficking. But that's not the extent of the Epstein network. And people need to understand that as a big piece of the puzzle. But also it's stuff like this, it's this espionage, it's the, the promotion of transhumanism and life extension technology and investigate, you know, involvement with Israeli intelligence as well as other intelligence and selling these spyware to different nations around the world. I mean, this is the full extent of the Epstein network. And I still don't think enough people really even understand or can really grapple with how big big Epstein was in the pitcher. He wasn't the top of the pyramid by any means. He was still a bit player, a small player for sure, but he was an important player nevertheless. And I don't even think that we have really fully contended with and maybe never will fully understand the role that Jeffrey Epstein played and how important he was to the pyramid of power. Again, not the top of the pyramid, but obviously an important go between and the conduit between private industry, intelligence and Hollywood and politicians and, and on and on and on. Right. This guy was an important piece of the puzzle and that's probably why if he is indeed dead, somebody got rid of him. Because having him around is just, you know, it's too big a risk to have. This guy's connected to too many powerful people. So I will leave that show, that, that article in the show notes and I hope you will check that out because as I said, there's, there's a lot there. Please do go ahead and check it out. So that's where we're going to leave it for tonight, guys. I really do appreciate all of you for being here tonight. Speaker B:

Oh, yeah. Babylon, you hypocritic enemy. You create more problems than you got to remedy. You're misleading and deceive my people endlessly. And then you wonder why me never watch them next to me. Your civilians are like slaves, liked in servitude. And the only way you keep them is to keep them from the truth while your institutions keep indoctrinate the youth. We hear you speak of hope and change. Then you leave no proof. Babylon, you're smart now. This is more than true. But when the people waken up, they'll come straight after you. There's no escaping from the plans we got set out for you. You'll see your men, women and children coming after you. Life with you is illusion, not reality. And for anyone who wants some peace, you name insanity. You subdue my people with stories and fantasies. False governments, false court, false authorities in it. Irration. All nations, one people. One destiny. All nations, one people, one destiny. Babylon, you are a sickness to society. There is no other that could claim on notoriety with all your chemical concoctions of variety. What you really seek is for my people to go quietly. But what they're really getting ill from is your mind control. It has diminished our intelligence. Manipulation of the masses is your only goal. You may have succeeded, but the difference is now we know. So what you gonna do without our energy? Cause now we're using it to make a brand new energy. Yeah. We infuse our meditation, our philosophies. Learning to transcend beyond the realms of this reality. Yeah. So, Babylon, it's over now. It's time you go. Oh, when one foundation's a right time and you can't go no more. So lift your eyes and set your sights upon that door and get up out of our lives. Don't come back no more in it. Ian. All nations, one people, one destiny? We have irrational all nations, one people, one destiny? The healer, Healer. She's a healer? What a healer in the is.

Speaker A:

All.

Speaker B:

Nations, one people, one destiny? Yeah, I raise all nation, one people, one destiny.
