The Conscious Resistance-TLAV Fundraiser Announcement - We Need Your Help!

Hey friends, is Derrick Brose with the Conscious Resistance Network. And I just want to let you know real quick that myself and my buddy Ryan Christian of the Last American Vagabond, we are going to be hosting a crowdfunding campaign, a FundRaiser, this Friday, January 16th at 12pm Central. The idea is to go live for two, three, maybe four hours and to have some guests join us as we try to raise as much money as we can for 2026. Because let me be real with you guys, Tlav and the Conscious Resistance. We are not doing well financially and unfortunately, it's not just us. A lot of people in independent media are barely hanging on and some have already had to hang up their hats and move on. And I don't want that to happen. I've been involved in independent media for 16 years now, and Ryan for another 10 years himself. And I've been working with ryan going on six years since May 2020. And thankfully, gratefully, over the last few years, Ryan has been able to pay me on a monthly basis to write articles and he's continued to do his infamous three to four hour live streams breaking down the daily propaganda. But unfortunately, Ryan is not able to sustain himself because he's been under attack from lawsuits. I have not been able to sustain myself, not only because tlab is not getting as much support as I think it deserves, but also I'm not getting the support I think I deserve for my work individually. So we are coming together and asking everybody out there who listens to our content, our work. I mean, between the two of us, between our YouTubes and our Facebooks and Twitter and email list and telegrams and all that stuff, we easily have more than 2 to 300,000 followers. And we're easily reaching half a million to a million people depending on the views of the particular video or article that we're doing. Not to mention doing interviews and things like that. If even just 1% of those people, 5% of those people who follow us and Support us donated $15, we would be able to fund our operation for the entire 2026. So we're aiming to raise at least $50,000. And I know that seems like a lot of money, but it's not much compared to the corporate media or the mainstream alternative media, the folks over there who get their $7,000 checks to push propaganda into your face, or the people who just want to spread division and hate, where myself and I know, Ryan, we're not only trying to, you know, decipher through the garbage and the propaganda, but also Trying to educate our audiences and empower our audiences and provide solutions. That's something I really focus on. So we really do need your support more than ever, guys, if you have never given to our content or, you know, supported us, I want you, I want to encourage you to do so. Again, think about this as an investment. This isn't just a donation where you give us some money and you don't get anything out of it. You invest in my work and you're going to get different article investigations. We're talking about doing documentaries and we also will be giving away certain prizes. So we're talking about having signed copies of my books. I think Ryan's going to be giving away some of his musical instruments and some of his recording equipment. We're going to come up with a lot of fun ideas. And so I want to invite you to come tune in. Friday, January 16, 12pm Central. We're going to invite our different friends from the independent media to show up and come hang out and talk, talk with us and share their ideas and tell us why they think our work is worth supporting. But overall, I just hope those of you out there who have been supporting me or Ryan independently will come together now and see that we need your funds more than ever. That's just, that's the plain and simple, yes, we need your shares, we need your eyeballs, we need your ears, we need your attention. But if you want us to be able to continue to do this, we really need financial support right now to be able to make it through 2026. And I hope that we can raise the $50,000 while we're live that day. That would be amazing. But if not, we're going to leave the campaign up for a week or so and we're just going to, you know, let it run. And if you can give when you can, we're going to, we're going to do our best. We're not going to go away either way, but it would make our lives so much more easy so we could focus on producing quality content and doing the unbiased investigative journalism that I know that you have come to expect from us.
